Larry has extensive “hands on” experience in optimisation, performance measurement and incentivisation in the public and private sector.  Larry helped develop the London Underground Public Private Partnership performance regime. Most recently Larry has acted as Project Director to optimise Line Upgrades for London Underground and to oversee development of whole life Asset Management cost-benefit models for the Private Sector.
