Kristina’s latest projects include leading the analysis for the Availability Model which was developed to model and forecast future reliability performance of the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines for Tube Lines and price the expected performance revenues from existing and new assets resulting from Line Upgrades.
Kristina has an extensive experience in working with large datasets, Cost Management, Econometric Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulations and Risk Estimation.
