• Cross sector experience developing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within public transport, healthcare and financial services
• Design and implementation of advanced reporting and Business Intelligence systems
• Bespoke application and database development
• Risk model design, development and implementation

Sebastian understands business needs and can translate them effectively into technical requirements and solutions. Accreditations include an MSc in Corporate management and postgraduate studies and certificates in system and database development.

He is currently leading the continuing technical development of a whole life asset management model and decision support models for Tube Lines.
