It is applicable wherever there are important dependencies and can also be used to value-manage the supply chain.

Using all or composite parts of the process, we work with clients to ensure a common understanding of the issues and risks involved. Once consensus is established we are then able to identify the most efficient, affordable solution from a range of scenarios.

We have successfully applied the Systems Optimisation Process to London Underground and reduced the future cost of Line Upgrades (new rolling stock and signalling) by £1 billion and reduced energy by 20% whilst maintaining or improving performance.
