We have successfully applied this process to London Underground and reduced the future cost of Line Upgrades (new rolling stock and signalling) by £1 billion and reduced energy by 20% whilst maintaining or improving performance. The strategy applies to both infrastructure and operational solutions. Key to successful implementation is stake holder consultation and buy-in. We help people work together and also provide partnership working and contract mediation services.
