Michael Morfis (M.Eng, MSc Management)

Michael is a business analyst and engineer with expertise in developing models and processes to optimise whole life asset management and the investment in power and upgrading projects. He is currently managing the whole life optimization of the investment in power and upgrading of the existing London Underground lines. Also, he is currently developing models and processes to optimize whole life asset management strategies to reduce whole life costs for the London Underground and increase customer benefits. He is an expert in VBA, Excel and whole life cost-benefit modelling. Finally, he has significant experience as a mechanical engineer in the Petroleum Industry.
