Cogitare specialise in optimising infrastructure and operational solutions to reduce costs and improve performance and revenues. We have recently reduced the whole life cost of several London Underground Line Upgrades by over £200m per line and reduced energy by 20%, whilst maintaining or improving performance. We achieve this by:  
  • Identifying the optimal solution through detailed whole life cost benefit modelling and simulation, using available software and our bespoke models
  • Developing models, IT and database solutions to fill gaps.
  • Partnership working with Stakeholders and Contractors to agree implementation.
  • Improving Contractor and staff incentivisation via performance based contracts, or through knowledge transfer, training, targets and monitoring
