Creating performance-based contracts

Cogitare can assist transform performance models, and performance measurement processes, into performance-based contracts which will measure and reward improvements to "final output" or passenger benefits. How this improved performance is achieved is generally then left to the contractor to determine. Cogitare can also assist the contractor to maximise their own performance-related profits.
