Christina Cole (BSc)

Christina works mainly with Test Programmes and Speed Improvements as a performance measurement and incentivisation consultant undertaking simulations and, as an economist, assists with Business Cases and Safety Cost Benefit Analysis. She has project management and data modeling experience from consultancy work for Local Authorities and worked on an Asset Condition Inspection Review at the London Underground before joining Cogitare. Christina has in-depth experience with Train Simulation and the management of profiles. She is also conversant with VBA for Excel development of models.
