Andrew Duncan (BSc, MBA)

Andrew Duncan is a Business Analyst with expertise in PPP Capability performance measurement, modelling and simulation of run-times and headway capacity. Andrew managed train simulator developments used within TL and manages the maintenance of the systems for Business Planning. He has worked closely with London Underground in analysing pre and post upgrade performance scenarios and he has automated processes within the works required for Test Programmes and Speed Improvements. Andrew’s knowledge of Nachs and RAMS stems from developing and enhancing the widely used Nax Calculator as part of the Jubilee Upgrade programme's failure analysis.
